What you will be doing
- Assist in managing and organizing contracts and legal documentation
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyze and report data using Excel to optimize operational processes
- Coordinate communication with customers, internal departments and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Background in legal or contract management is a plus

In the follow-up interview, you will be given more detailed information on the vacant position and the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The rest of the follow-up interview depends on the position being advertised. -
The decision
After the follow-up interview, we will let you know our decision as quickly as possible. If both parties are in agreement and are eager to work together, you will then receive your employment contract.
