What you will be doing
- Perform all assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the IVF laboratory, including follicular puncture, denudation, ICSI, IVF, embryo culture, embryo transfer, vitrification, social freezing, and preimplantation genetic testing (trophectoderm biopsy)
- Conduct analyses, sample preparation, and quality control in the andrology laboratory
- Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety throughout all laboratory processes
- Operate, clean, maintain and calibrate complex laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper functionality
- Communicate with patients and medical professionals, including reporting results and interdisciplinary information exchange
- Handle organizational tasks such as sample reception, service documentation, inventory management, and equipment checkups
- Contribute to scientific projects, validations, and the continuous improvement of the quality management system
Your profile
- Master of Science in Biology, Biomedicine, or Biochemistry
- Experience or strong interest in reproductive biology, cell culture techniques, or IVF-specific methods
- Precise, responsible, and structured approach to working in a highly regulated laboratory environment, with a strong focus on quality
- Good verbal and written German skills; English skills are an advantage
- Solution-oriented, reliable, and flexible personality with a high level of service orientation
- Willingness to work weekends (once per month)
