What you will be doing

Perform all assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in the IVF laboratory, including follicular puncture, denudation, ICSI, IVF, embryo culture, embryo transfer, vitrification, social freezing, and preimplantation genetic testing (trophectoderm biopsy)
Conduct analyses, sample preparation, and quality control in the andrology laboratory
Ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety throughout all laboratory processes
Operate, clean, maintain and calibrate complex laboratory equipment, ensuring their proper functionality
Communicate with patients and medical professionals, including reporting results and interdisciplinary information exchange
Handle organizational tasks such as sample reception, service documentation, inventory management, and equipment checkups
Contribute to scientific projects, validations, and the continuous improvement of the quality management system

Your profile

Master of Science in Biology, Biomedicine, or Biochemistry
Experience or strong interest in reproductive biology, cell culture techniques, or IVF-specific methods
Precise, responsible, and structured approach to working in a highly regulated laboratory environment, with a strong focus on quality
Good verbal and written German skills; English skills are an advantage
Solution-oriented, reliable, and flexible personality with a high level of service orientation
Willingness to work weekends (once per month)
