What you will be doing

Manufacturing of cell-based medicinal products in the lab and in a GMP facility (clean room)
Writing manufacturing protocols and preparing GMP-compliant documentation
Validating new procedures and qualifying new equipment for GMP use
Managing materials for production in the clean room
Developing quality control assays (viability, potency, identity, purity) for cell-based medicinal products

Your profile

MSc in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
Strong motivation and interest in translational research
Ability to work independently and take responsibility within a team
Strong experience in cell culture and standard analytical methods (e.g., histology, biochemical assays)
Experience working in a GMP environment is a distinct advantage
Good command of English (written and spoken); German is an asset
High reliability and a problem-solving mindset
